In the Grand Bank Mortgage Division we describe our role as that of a Mortgage Planner.  We define Mortgage Planning as helping a client integrate a home loan selection into their overall long and short-term financial and investment plans. This includes considerations of maximum tax advantages, improved cash flow, minimized interest expense, liquidity of assets, and safety of assets through diversification.

 

We believe this means helping clients understand mortgage options they had not previously considered, their pros and cons, and through our wide array of lending options, we can be assured of best rates and cost options for our clients.
